DOMESTIC

Wren Amber items are handmade, so domestic ground orders are typically shipped within 7 business days via USPS Priority Mail or First Class mail. Once packaged please allow the 3-5 days to arrive depending on your location. Customers will be sent a tracking number once the order has been processed. Please notify us at info@wrenamber.com if you have any specific shipping requests or need your order at any specific time. 

RETURNS

Wren Amber is happy to exchange items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and otherwise in new condition with tags! please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for an exchange authorization. your exchange request must be received within this time frame to be honored. Most Wren Amber pieces are limited editions, so the exact item may not be available for exchange at the time of return.

*Please note, any returns or repairs are only available to the original owners within 7 days of purchase. If you are not the original owner and don't have tags attached, we cannot accommodate your request. 

return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. we are not responsible for lost items. unfortunately, we are not able to reimburse original shipping fees.
